Andrew Vignuzzi is a senior technology and operations leader with demonstrated success in organizational transformation through analysis of key drivers to growth followed by the leveraging of core disciplines to transform the customer experience.

His technology and venture capital experience provide him with a disciplined understanding of financial metrics, margins, and bottom line growth. In April of 2018, Mr. Vignuzzi was appointed Vice President of Information Technology Infrastructure at Canopy Growth in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Previous roles include CEO at Magellan Luxury Hotels (Winnipeg), Partner at VenGrowth (Ottawa), Senior Product Manager at Nortel, Ottawa, and Project Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he served for 12 years. Mr. Vignuzzi holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Science, Engineering from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering Physics) from the Royal Military College of Canada. He is pleased to bring his skills in helping bridge business, technology and finance to the KDH Board. Mr. Vignuzzi is a resident of Burritts Rapids, Ontario.
